Terms and Conditions of sales

1. Provider Information

The online course “The 7-Day Wine Code” is offered and sold by Millesiwine SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €13,050, registered in France with the Tours Trade and Companies Register under number 751 659 228.
Its registered office is located in Tours (37000), France, and the company is represented by its managing director, Alexis Caraux.

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the terms of sale, access, and use of the online course “The 7-Day Wine Code,” available through a personal member area after purchase.

3. Pricing and pre-sale period

During the pre-sale period, valid until midnight on June 30, 2025, customers can purchase the course at a special launch price of $49.
Customers who purchase during this period will also receive immediate access — at no additional cost — to the bonus course: “The 10 Keys to Understanding French Wine.”

The content of the “7-Day Wine Code” course will be available in the member area after June 30, 2025, and released between July the 1st and July the 10th, 2025.

From July the 1st, the online course “7-Day Wine Code” will be sold at $97

4. Course Access

Access to the purchased course is personal, non-transferable, and unlimited in time.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have a 7-day withdrawal period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, without justification.

Refund requests must be submitted via email to: contact@alexiscaraux.com

After this period, no refund — full or partial — will be granted.

For pre-sale sales, the withdrawal period will be extended to July the 10th.

6. Client Behavior

Millesiwine SAS reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the course in the event of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, or any conduct that harms the integrity of the trainer or other members.
No compensation will be due in such cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the “7-Day Wine Code” course — including the bonus training — is protected by copyright.
This content is the exclusive property of Millesiwine SAS.
Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing — even partial — is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.

8. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during the purchase and use of the courses (name, email, login data) is used solely to:

• provide access to the training,

• manage the client relationship,

• improve the user experience,

• and, with prior consent, send promotional emails.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each customer has the right to access, correct, oppose, or delete their personal data.

Millesiwine SAS commits to never sell or transfer personal data to third parties.

9. Governing laws and Dispute resolution

These TCS are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
If no agreement is reached, any legal action will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Tours (France, 37).
