What is it about?
Join Alexis Caraux on a Tour de France wine tasting evening!
Alexis is bringing and opening a selection of 6 mature vintages from his personal cellar, both white and red wines. The wine tasting will take you to some of the best vineyards in France in the major wine regions : Champagne, Loire Valley, Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône Valley.
Throughout the evening, Alexis will help you discover, taste and understand the different wines.
To make this tasting fun, the wines will be served blind. Will you be able to recognize some of them?
The wine tasting will be accompanied by a 3-course menu dinner, served in one of the restaurant's private rooms.
The event will start at 7pm and will end at 10pm.
